Barcelona, Los Angeles and now Downing Street. Hot on the heels of Tom Cruise, Marc Anthony and Snoop Dogg, British Prime Minister Gordon Brown can now be added to David Beckham's list of BFFs

On Thursday night, he took an hourlong meeting with Mr. Brown, at his own invitation, with a No. 10 Downing Street rep saying the event was a "genuinely private matter."
However, Becks himself was a bit more forthcoming. As he left, he told journalists that the P.M. was "interested in sports and his football."
Eloquent as ever, Becks then expanded on his feeling for the U.K. leader, saying, "He's a very good man, you know, he's a man that's looking after our country and he is doing a very good job."

Now that Victoria's gaining weight, her sex drive has gone through the roof

David Beckham wanted only one Christmas present from his wife Victoria to make his life complete: twin baby girls. The doting father of three boys is desperate for a baby girl and is secretly hoping they have twins when they start trying after the Spice Girls tour finishes in March. For the first time since their third child Cruz was born in February 2005, Victoria, 33, has actually put on weight. To be exact, she's gained 4lb 8oz – and David's delighted about his wife's new fuller figure. 'Since she's started eating more regularly and exercising, her sex drive has gone through the roof,' a relative tells Now. 'It means they're having lots of sex and with Victoria now at a healthy weight there's a greater chance that she'll fall pregnant. David didn't really ask for a Christmas present. All he wants is a baby girl.'

Posh went to dinner in London last night looking like a skanky highligher with two huge balls sticking to it. Does silicone keep you warm, because isn't it cold as fuck in London? She's acting like it's Summer. This outfit only would've been hot if she had a side ponytail, worn neon rubber bracelets and matching Nike Airs. This shit belongs in the 80s.

I love that she actually went to Payless to have her shoes dyed to match her dress exactly. Now that's fashion dedication.

LOS ANGELES - Victoria Beckham, better known to Spice Girls fans as Posh Spice, opens up to Elle Magazine in their January issue about celebrity endorsed labels she hates, what she wears to bed with soccer star husband David and why she doesn’t care what people think about her.
Last year, Victoria’s fragrance line, “Intimately Beckham,” sold over $100 million worth of scents. Victoria is deeply committed to her line of products, and has personally worked hard to get high-end stores and boutiques to carry it. She dishes about celebs that use their name on products without being involved.
“There are so many — and I hate the word celebrities — clothing lines and fragrances, and most of them have nothing to do with it,” Victoria tells Elle.

She dispels rumors that she’s merely just a celebrity wife to a soccer star, saying she is always working.
“I work seven days a week. And I so love what I’m doing. I could go shopping all day, which is what a lot of people think that I do. That’s their perception — that I’m a miserable bitch and go shopping all day and boss David about.”
When it comes to her admirers, Victoria is keenly aware of her fan base and couldn’t be happier. She was recently alerted to her popularity among drag queens as a subject. She beamed to Elle, “I’m so camp! I’m such a gay man trying to get out. I don’t give a (bleep) what anybody thinks!”
One person who Victoria is concerned with is her husband. She says meeting David Beckham for the first time was “completely love at first sight. I remember it so clearly.”

The couple dated discreetly before getting married.
“We drove around in his car and would sit in car parks and talk for hours and hours. We didn’t need to go out for meals. We didn’t need to go out for drinks. We just wanted to be together and get to know each other.”
She goes on to spill some bedroom secrets to Elle saying, “I sleep naked. You don’t sleep with David Beckham. I’m going to be naked if I’m getting in bed with him every night.”

The Beckhams' Merry Holiday Messages

They're juggling jet set lives and three kids but Victoria and David Beckham aren't too busy to blog for the holidays. "As the festive season is upon us, I want to wish everyone a very merry (and of course fashionable) Christmas and a Happy New Year," Victoria posted Friday. "I would like to thank all of you for your amazing support during this extremely exciting time. My family and I wish you and yours a New Year of much health and happiness." Also on Friday, her soccer star hubby wrote about his "roller coaster ride" of an "amazing year" playing in Spain, England, and, ultimately, Los Angeles with the Galaxy. "We were made to feel really welcome by everybody. In fact, everywhere I traveled in the U.S., the people were really welcoming which was great," he wrote. "Unfortunately, the year didn't pass without a few injuries and I didn't play as much as I wanted to, plus we just missed out on the playoffs, but we've a good team and I feel I've settled in well, so I hope to build on that next year and help the Galaxy to challenge for the title." Beckham noted other highlights, including the second anniversary of his Academy for kids and the Galaxy's tour of Australia and New Zealand. "The reception from the fans was incredible and both countries were very beautiful and I would love to go back one day," he said, signing off with holiday wishes. "I hope you all have a wonderful time and peaceful time with your families and each other."

Beckhams Spend Christmas in UK

Our favorite Brits David and Victoria Beckham have jetted out of LA and will be spending the holiday in their native England. Posh was given some time off from touring with the 'Spice Girls' so the Beckhams packed up their bags and headed back home. David says, "We are going to be back in England. I love being back in England, I love being in London; it is where I am from and where Victoria is from. Christmas wouldn't be Christmas without being back here." The Beckhams are having a huge family dinner, which includes their three sons, Victoria's parents Tony and Jackie, along with her sister Louise and David's mother, Sandra. The Beckham brood will be staying in their mansion in Sawbridgeworth, Herts.
